With our "Remote Service" option we can provide you with technical support anywhere you can attach to a phone line.  This service is especially useful to those who are somewhat familiar with computers, but need occasional help with system issues.  We have also been very successful with providing "Remote Network Administration" for businesses that don't need a full time Administrator, but do need a knowledgeable technician to provide Administrative and Technical Support.

How does it work?
We utilize pcANYWHERE by Norton Symantec.  With this software on both your computer and ours, we are able to control your system, or watch and guide you as you control it.  What you see is what we see, and what we see is what you see.

What about the security of your system?
You are always the final authority on security.  The software allows you to completely control all aspects of security.  You have 100% control over who access your computer, when they do it and what they do.  Since the program is only run when you start it, it's not open for hackers to break in to.  It also works directly with Norton Anti virus to insure your system has protection against destructive virus infections.
